This children's book does a great job exploring feelings for kids, including some physical sensations and response prompts. I find the artwork to be beautiful and engaging. My one complaint is that on the page discussing the feeling of "heart broken," the author writes "[when I feel this way] extra kisses make me feel better." I know it's an innocent remark for kids, but still not a message I want to instill in my kiddos. I changed the line to say "talking to my friend makes me feel better."
