I bought three items from Amazon to address my intractable pet hair problem: this brush. the sponge (amazon item B0002AT9EG) and the stone (amazon item B003465G9M). My car has cloth seats, and after months of ferrying two dogs around it was covered in hair, a lot of it almost woven into the fabric. I tried a Dyson vacuum, using their pet hair removal accessory, and it barely worked. The brush wasalmost magical. ALL the hair came away, separated from the seats. Just brush across the seats, and the rubber spikes pull the hair away. Sure, you have to pull the gather ed hair away from the brush and put it into a bin, but that's no big deal. The stone was next, and it did as good a job as the brush, though I wondered if it was rough on the cloth. It works great in the car and on the furniture in the house. It was no big deal to remove the collected hair from the stone, just pick it up and throw it away. The sponge, however, was a disappointment. Didn't come close to the other two items' performance.
