I bought this expecting my little 5 pound Yorkie would be afraid to ride in it. But to my delight, she absolutely LOVES it. This is very well made, and easy to attach to my bike. The extra straps are a good safety measure. I bought the wire cover for added security. My little girl even likes to nap in the basket when it isn't attached to my bike. This has brought me great pleasure in watching her have so much fun riding on my bike with me. Now when she hears the words "bike ride" she goes a little crazy with excitement. This bike basket is good for me too, as it inspires me to ride, just so I can watch my little girl enjoying herself so much. Would buy again and again.
