I saw an ad on facebook about something similiar to this. When I was researching the one I saw on fb I came across this one and thought it was worth spending $10 to try it out. When it came in the mail, my husband asked me "what did you buy now" and I even think there was some eye rolling on his end. When I told him about it he was completely skeptical. So, I think he was trying to prove to me that I wasted my money. We have a stainless steel pot that my mother burnt something in it several months ago, and we haven't been able to get the burn marks out. So he grabbed the pot to see if it would really work. I wish I had taken before and after pics because with a little muscle and scrubbing the burnt marks were all gone in one minute of scrubbing. He was so excited that he went on a cleaning frenzy. He clean a few other pans. Then I told him how he could use it on the flattop stove, and he tried it before I even finished my sentence. The burnt on parts that have been there forever were all gone. The stove looked new again. I was happy my husband was loving it and proving me right to have at least tried it. I don't expect things to be as good as new, but our pot set is pretty close to looking that way. So I bought it but I haven't actually used it, because my husband is having fun doing the cleaning. I got two good things out of the product :)
