After trying a variety of solutions over the years including: white noise machine, apps, industrial-strength noise reducing foam earplugs, and Ambien, (none with success), I purchased for my hubby two wedges, (one for elevating his feet and the other for his head), on the hopes it would alleviate his insanely loud (like a chain saw y’all) snoring. Gratefully, 20 years of sleep deprivation was stopped with this product overnight!! He was comfortable, and his very broad shoulders were well-supported by the firm but comfortable foam. This was a surprise because when it arrived (compressed and wound tightly in plastic), my heart sank! But after waiting several hours for it to expand to full-size, and after using it with great success, I wholeheartedly recommend the wedge pillow for anyone struggling with a spouse who snores. We also purchased an additional wedge pillow for our son who struggles with acid reflux, and it has been successful for that as well. Update: after two weeks with the wedge pillow, the hubby reports that he no longer gets up multiple times a night to go to the bathroom. Another win with this product.
