I decided to ignore the negative reviews after reading them. I figured I would take the risk because I needed something. I'm glad I got it too. It works way better than I expected. Some people just don't know how to use products. When I don't know what I'm doing, I research it. Leaving a negative review on a product because you didn't perform well while using it is just plain wrong. I recommend this product because the cutter cuts extremely easily, and the crusher crushes pills very fine. All you do is put the pill in the crusher and rotate back and forth while the pills get crushed. One pill at a time is easiest and fastest. Cutting the pills before crushing them helps but isn't necessary when doing one pill at a time. I hope this helps anyone who needs a 'cutter, crusher' for pills.
