Here is how we cook ours. 1/2c boba 1 liter/4.25 cups water in pan 4 tbsp brown sugar 4 tbsp sugar Boil water, slowly poor in boba, stir, add sugars, stir until dissolved, cover and leave on medium heat for 15 mins, stir once in middle, turn off and stir. Leave for 15 mins. Ready to serve! We reuse the sugar water mixture several times and just add a bit more water and sugar each time.
