This is one of those rare faux fur blankets that is actually double-sided! This means the same soft fuzzy material is against your skin no matter what. In so many of these listings, it's hard to see what's on the back side of a blanket, and very hard to find one that is the same soft material on BOTH sides. I have this thing for blankets. I know. This throw is smaller, thinner, and much lighter weight than another double-sided faux fur blanket I have of a similar size that I found in a local store. But it's also a bargain. I have it in ivory and we use it/leave it out on the couch year-round in our home. Because it's lighter weight, it's also relatively easy to throw into the washer periodically. The size is on the small side for a thow. I sometimes wish it was long enough to wrap all the way around me and cover my legs. But it's actually just right for use in the warmer months, when I just want something to drape over my legs while watching a movie on the couch. I would gladly pay more for a bigger version.
