We were having trouble with roots in our main sewer. We had water backing up into the basement laundry room whenever we took a shower. The city came out to clear the lines, and we hired plumbers to come out also to clear the lines. Every 6 months it seems the roots returned. I ordered this product to just see what it would do. I use 2 bottles down the toilet every six months for the past 2 years, and I have not had to call a plumber or get the wet vac out since. It is nice when a product just does what it says. I am a very satisfied customer.
