My wife and I ordered a new memory foam mattress. We ordered these sheets because a friend of ours told us that they had ordered bamboo sheets and they loved them. The set they ordered cost over $200. We ordered the sheets from Hotel Sheets Direct because the product got a good review and the price of approximately $40 sounded better than sheets that cost between $100 to $200. So let me tell you about my experience: 1) they were the most comfortable sheets we have ever slept on. They were soft and kept us cool. Truly loved them. 2) For some reason, a rip developed on the fitted sheet. I figured that I bought cheaper sheets and I got what I deserved. I was bummed because I really loved the sheets. 3) I contacted the company to voice my concern and see just how good that warranty was. I emailed Hotel Direct on a Saturday at 8:00 AM and received a response by 8:15 AM. Hotel Direct apologized and had shipped a new fitted sheet to be by 11:00 AM that morning. This was the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAD EVER EXPERIENCES FROM ANY COMPANY PERIOD! Hotel Sheets Direct is a responsible company selling a great product and they stand by their warranty. My wife and I are so pleased that we are buying a second set of sheets. Don't spend any more than you have to. Order from Hotel Sheets Direct.
