I at first was having the same problem as others when trying to connect the printer to my computer. I don't think the printer is "discoverable" right out of the box. After reading the instructions for if you're going to connect the printer to your smartphone I came across this and then ran the setup again and it connected to my computer with ease. Hold the wifi button on the printer until the power button used to turn the printer off and on starts flashing. Press the "color" button at the bottom left side of the printer and then the wifi button. The wifi button should start flashing. I think that's what puts the printer in "discoverable" mode. Run your setup again and the printer should pop up allowing you to connect to your computer. When completed the wifi button will stop flashing and stay on. Hope this works for you! :) UPDATE: Still going strong and I have had no issues at all. I love my printer.
