The C200 replaces the older B200 model. The C100 is the one with the controls attached to the seat. Pros: 1) Perfectly cleans 99.99% of the time. 2) Water pressure is adjustable. 3) Water temperature is adjustable. 4) Spray wand position is adjustable. Can also set it on oscillate, and it goes back and forth when spraying. 5) Can turn the seat heater on or off. 6) Activated charcoal filter canister is unbelievably effective in removing 99.99% of odors!! The product info says electronic odor control. I thought it may be ozone based (which is not good for health). It has been 6 months and odor control still works perfect. 7) Self cleans spray wand every time before it goes back in. Initially, I was concerned that dirty water may be falling on the wand. But due to the angle of spray, the dirty water never touches the spray wand anyway (think of spraying a car with a hose at 45 degrees.......it does not spray back on to you!). 8) Toilet bowl pre-misting sprays water into the bowl when you sit on it. (you can turn this feature off). The misting is only effective on the back half of the toilet bowl. So, it works ok ish most of the time. Cons/Hints: 1) The water hose from the seat connects to the bottom of the water tank, NOT the water supply outlet from the wall. The kit comes with necessary adapters to connect to bottom of water tank. However, if your toilet is one piece and the water tank has a skirt to hide the connection at the bottom, then you have to purchase a separate adapter hose to connect it. It is NOT available in hardware stores. It is available at amazon for about $45.
