Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

So here's the deal.... I ordered this case for my Note 5, mainly for the color, but also for the design since it seemed like a case that would enhance rather than take over the phone such as an otterbox. I was right. This case feels great in hand and it really does enhance the phone. I feel like it has great protection for it all around. My tape deck plug wouldn't work as the port hole is too deep but my regular auxiliary jack did. The tape deck jack is L shaped so if you are not ancient, like myself, and use today's straight Jack's this won't be an issue :) It provides great protection all around and really is a great case.... Now for the BUT As I said I love the case and when I received it, the color was gorgeous and it matches the picture almost exactly. The silver has a hint of shine to obviously convey that it is silver rather than grey. The turquoise color is so vibrant I fell in love with it immediately, however, as I'm sure by now you know where I'm going based off of other reviews, it stains and it STAYS stained. I read other reviews saying that it stained but I figured, why didn't you wash it? Well I tried. I tried alcohol, windex, Dawn dish soap and a scrubber, soaking it in Dawn dish soap, baking soda (because who doesn't try that?) And nothing took off the stains. They remained exactly in tact how it was before I scrubbed....so this part was a bummer. But there is a happy ending I contacted the company and they gave me some of the aforementioned cleaning tips and said if I still couldn't get it clean, they would replace it with a different color for me a no charge since I didn't love the design of the case in the first place. So naturally I ordered black because, well, you can't stain black Son even though the light colors stain, it's still an awesome case I would highly recommend (just darker color). I will be posting separately about the black case because this company deserves two good reviews on two great products I feel obligated to mention, because of so many other reviews, that I did NOT receive this case for free or at a discount for my review. I paid full price and would again for this case because I do highly recommend it **UPDATE** I received the black replacement case and it's just awesome! Still love the case and will be buying another one for my husband! *UPDATE 2** I received a pink one to review for free and I have nothing but great things to say about all 3 of them...I mean I have 3 of the same case!! Love them all!
