Pretty dang easy, very satisfying to my intermediate-level children with Hamilaria. A beginning player will have to work to get the songs but could do it; an intermediate player can sight-read fairly easily. In some pieces, the repetitive whacking of one note for rapping "melody" line in right hand gets a little wearing to the listener (me) but is still fun for the piano player, according to reports from the childish ones. The more melodic songs are also represented here; clearly there was an attempt to choose melody-in-the-right-hand-friendly selections to include. Dear Theodosia, You'll Be Back, Burn, and That Would Be Enough are very listener-pleasing. If you want to sing along and do the fast-paced songs and you have intermediate or better piano skills, get the Vocal Selections instead. You'll get the same songs with more complexity, but you will have to sing (or play melody instead of right hand accompaniment). If you just want to play the songs with melody in the right hand, this Easy Piano Selections is a great choice.
