UPDATE: Sleep Geekz did a phenomenal job in taking care of the situation. I’m very pleased with how they handled it and would 100% recommend buying a bed from them! Just remember to ask the delivery people for white glove service. This frame works beautifully with a sleep number mattress If not for the issues with shipping and a defect in the fabric, I’d have given this Sven and Son adjustable bed frame 5 stars. First, the delivery company never offered white glove service. If you are disabled or elderly, this is unacceptable. They don’t even bring it to your door, but will put it in your lawn complete with pallets. I had to hire someone to bring the incredibly heavy box into the house, then hire someone else to unbox and set it up. Second, upon unboxing, I discovered a good sized hole in the fabric, at the head of the left side of the bed. I did contact the company about the shipping issue, but haven’t contacted them yet to discuss the noticeable tear in the fabric. It works flawlessly and I’d highly recommend buying one but be sure to talk to the delivery company and insist on white glove delivery. I spent a good chunk of money on this frame, and though I love the functionality and how smoothly it operates, that shipping issue and noticeable fabric tear overshadow the good. If Sleep Geeks is reading this, I’d like for someone to contact me about the fabric tear.
