This is a high potency product that is formulated to be very bioavailable. I appreciate how easy it is to dose, with the volume markers on the dropper. I like that it comes in a two pack. The taste is very neutral, and I have been taking it directly on the tongue in the morning. It has not interfered with my sleep and I have noticed no adverse affects. I need to get bloodwork run again to see if my blood levels have changed, but the way the product is formulated makes me confident that my deficiency will be improved.
