I liked it better than the Diva cup!
I've had both the Diva cup, which I used for 2 years, and bought the Pixie because why not. The Diva is more expensive by about 7 dollars at the time of this writing. It comes with a little drawstring pouch for it, and a pin. The bag was barely big enough to stuff the model/size 2 in, which is labeled as "post child-birth". I tried the Pixie recently and threw caution to the wind a bit. The large Pixie is the same size as the model 2 Diva. Model 2 probably makes your parts feet better than being labeled a Large, but whatever, I don't care myself. Just seems a poor labeling term for women. The Pixie is pink, and the Diva was clear. It's not a big deal but I wanted a tinge because after a while, the clear gets discolored. Purely a matter of preference to only you. The Pixie cup feels less stiff than the Diva. As I mentioned it's the same size, same dimensions holding it side by side but the Pixie is easier to fold. The Pixie also has a tab at the bottom which is easier to grab than the Diva's. The Diva cup has a round, straight piece which is honestly next to impossible to grab, and I just pinch the bottom of the cup anyway. The Pixie's flatter design makes it a little easier. The Pixie also came with a bag for the cup, which was bigger, with a more stretchy material which would allow you to put in the cup and the individually packaged wipes that came with it. At the time I bought the Diva, it did not come with any wipes. As for use. I have heavy periods which means the first 2 days or so I have to empty it 4x a day. That's considerably better than every 2 hours with tampons and pads. I frequently wore a liner with the Diva because I had leaks quite often. I decided to give the Pixie a shot without using anything else. I'm honestly not sure what the difference is, maybe how it's more flexible than the Diva BUT, I had no leaks, the whole week. I was able to forgo wearing a light pad altogether. Very pleased to say the least. I'm going to look into 'period panties' to be safe in the future but I'm glad it worked out for me.
