Perfect!
Best turkey I have ever cooked! It roasted a 23lb turkey in 3 hours and the skin was perfectly brown and crisp. I have very happy with this purchase.
One tip: if any part of the the turkey touches the sides, place foil between it and the roaster to prevent burning.
