It works! i have PROOF! African American Hair
I took biotin for my hair to get it to grow longer faster and as a bonus i hoped to get it a bit thicker... and it did just that. My hair grew about 2 inches in a little over a month. AWESOME! ( PHOTO: February- All my hair is down. March- My hair was parted as i was sectioning it to flat iron.
Also my eyebrows started to grow back a little anddddddd... MY EYELASHES grew longer! or maybe they got thicker? im not sure myself but they are noticeably better.
