expensive but worth it... superior sugar replacement
I've tried stevia, monkfruit, allulose and now Bocha. Bocha is hands down the closedt to mimicing real sugar. When it melts it's gets a little thick like sugar without getting crystally like monfruit. It bakes amazingly and in my mind has a 1:1 ratio unlike allulose which is 1:1 1/3. Monkfruit is 1:1 but if you use enough you can really taste and feel the erythritol. The texture is great too. It's expensive but I'm so impressed. I hope to find it cheaper somewhere.
