I have a few feral cats, and I bought them 3 houses including the 109.00 tube house. This is the one they picked. Truthfully I think its having 2 escape doors. Feral cats are super scared of everything. I have built them shelters, blankets you name it, 3 heat type houses and this is the one they love.Its plenty warm. I can feel it just touching the inside. You can not put this out in rain plugged in. Mine is on a patio with a cover, no rain can touch it. Its perfect for a garage or patio. I'm very happy, took forever for them to go in, possums were fixing to make it a home. Finally 30 degrees made their fluffy butts go in there. =)
