So they work great once you figure out how to pair them. First you can't pair when plugged into USB port. Instructions don't mention that. Charge it up, unplug USB then hold the on button for two seconds as stated in instructions. Put other device in pairing mode. It connects automatically. Worked with my Plantronics headset immediately. Second when using USB, you can't use the Audio Cable, it's one or the other. That also means you have to run on battery when using the 3.5mm plug connection. Range seems pretty good as well. No idea how long it works on battery ... will see how it goes. Hope this helps someone.
