This is AMAZING. I can't even believe it. It really is like the commercials. We had pet stains on our master bedroom carpet. We replaced the carpet before moving in 4 years ago. A year later, we got a puppy. And, yeah...pet stains. We've had our carpet cleaned TWICE by professionals. The first one was ok but the second cleaning didn't do anything except for wet the dang carpet that took daaaaays to dry. One treatment with the Bissell - NO MORE PET STAINS. WOW. I never thought a home product would work so well. The cost of the Bissell was probably less than what we paid the last jerks to 'professionally' clean our carpet. It is heavy but not unwieldy - meaning, heavy duty but not hard to work or use. I also have their Spot Bot and it's ok but leaves a kind of 'crop circle.' This is like vacuuming but sucking up stains as you do so. We have an upholstered chair that I need to treat with their attachment so I will follow up when I've done so.
