After many years of having my yard tools falling on the floor, hitting me in the head and near impossible to find in the pile they where in, Rubbermaid came to the rescue wirh this cart. With only 10 parts it took less than 10 min. to assemble. NOTE;::: A rubber mallet or a piece if fairly heavy wood would help to tap the wheels into the holes when you are assembling it. You won't need any other tools to assemble the rest of it. I have 22 tools in there now and room for more. It will be nice and sturdy if you put some heavy tools on the lower platform as I have. I also have it backed up to my garage corner wall, with the wheel locks engaged so it is extremely stable. I would not roll this cart around to much with a full rack of heavy tools in it. It's stable against the wall but a bit tipsy when I get it away from there. It does not stick out very far from the wall, plenty of room for my car.
