I seen a lot of mixed reviews and i needed this to gain weight for my surgery i like it a lot some were saying it was nasty but it says to mix with a drink !!! I don’t even taste it when i mid it with my sodas or juices you can smell it in your cup smells like prenatal pills but it’s definitely working for my I started 120lbs I’m 125lbs now hopefully i can gain 10 more lbs before my surgery
