I wanted to buy Joy Mangano's Steamer-I had it for almost 20 years and it just quit due to chemical build up in the water. Joy has NO Steamers in stock ! I bought a few and returned them all, that was until I found this one. It is a keeper. I feel like it is safe to use, easy to fill, takes very little water and quickly heats it up to steam. It gives you professional looking clothing as if they just came back from the cleaners. hng my garment on the shower rod and plug in te device and steam away. I highy recommend this steamer. I no longer drag out the ironing board and iron, this product does a better job. Empty before putting away. and keep it away from your fingers and hand;it gets quiet hot, hurts. Looking for a good strong Steamer this is it, I promise. Dina
