I put them up in my rental with very little issue. I had to reposition a lot because I'm kind of clumsy at this, but I got it to look good in maybe 90 minutes, even though the backsplash I installed it on was painted very unevenly. I've had it up for a week or two now and it hasn't peeled or moved at all. Be warned-- it's a tiny bit translucent, so the line on the part where you overlap sometimes shows through. If you cut off the "overlap here" part of the tiles it's an easy fix, though. You can see that it's not quite real if you look up close, but from normal working distance it's lovely.
