Easy to install. Well made. Can easily support use without concern despite my being slightly over 190 pounds. Ends are slightly wider than the space available on my metal doorframe, but sufficient to provide needed grip if properly tightened. Not sure if I would feel as confident if installed in a wooden doorframe given my weight. Have only had it up since last night, but find myself doing chinups every time I enter my bathroom
