I have had these bottles for a year, and I can't believe how awesome they continue to be! They really do keep the hots hot and the colds cold as long (or longer) then they say! We have 5 that we continue to use daily, scratches, scrapes, dents and all...I don't think I could get my family to part with them unless I was handing them a new one! The real reason I am writing this review today, though, is to give high praise to Healthy Human as a company that truly supports their customers above and beyond. About 2 months after we purchased, one of the lids cracked, and it was no problem getting it replaced. Here it is a year later, and I lost a gasket...totally my fault...so I contacted them about purchasing a pack of gaskets so I could freshen up all the bottles, and they sent me, at no cost, 2 gaskets for each of my 5 bottles! I was shocked that they offered to send me some free, and even more shocked to receive 10 of them! Buy this bottle...you won't regret it!
