Excellent, professional paper.
As a professional watercolorist, I am accustomed to using expensive 100% cotton paper for my work, including binding it into watercolor sketchbooks that I use as artist journals. This paper caught my eye because it is the size I prefer for sketchbooks. When you do the math, the cost works out to slightly less than buying full sheets of professional quality 100% cotton paper. Factor in the time savings of not having to cut or tear full sheets to this size and it's an even better deal. Best of all, the paper performs favorably in comparison to 140 lb cold press Arches or Fabriano Artistico. I very much like how it is sized. Paint remains active for quite awhile and colors remain vivid once they dry. The paper has a lot of body and holds up to fairly wet work nicely without buckling. I plan to buy a lot more of this paper to make more sketchbooks with and for students' use in my workshops.
