Very well built and engineered. The only thing I was disappointed in is that this unit only utilizes 2/3 of a standard 45 inch base cabinet. They don't show you this in any of the photos nor does it say anywhere in the description. I have left off the inside panel of the cabinet to show the actual usage of space, (see photos). It is a very convenient way of accessing stuff in side the cabinet, and if your ok with losing that space then this would be a great item for you. I purchased this for a client I am building these cabinets for, so I'll have to wait and see what her thoughts are on it. I have not installed one of these in a blind base cabinet before as I rarely ever build this kind of cabinet, so I don't have any other experiences to compare this one to. Hopefully this will help with others future purchases.
