Where has this been my whole life? So we have cooked soft, med, hard eggs and they all were perfect. Some peeled easily, others not so great, but I think it has more to do with the egg than the cooker. Recommend taking the eggs out quickly and rinsing with cold water....this seems to help. Perfect restaurant style fritttatas, poached eggs, and omelets. I like to buy egg whites in the carton, and all I do is pour the whites, add ingredients I like and push the button. Some complaints about the “fill line” on the measuring cup, but I’ve never had a problem so maybe they changed the design. This is basically an egg steamer, and it does it faster, easier, and cleaner than you could ever do it on the stove. At this price, I went back and bought 3 more for gifts. One note....it does 7 eggs “boiled” at a time, but if you want frittatas or omelets, etc. the trays are small and really only big enough for one person. We would have to cook one, wait, cook another. Theyre so good, the first lucky person will devour it before yours is even done. So if you want to eat together, suggest you buy 2.
