Super easy to put on and comfortable. I have this one and a latex hook and eye one. This one is wayyyy easier to put on in just 2 seconds and has awesome support. This one I wear around the house and during workouts. The latex one I use for under clothing when going out in public. The only issue I have is the Velcro on the bodice should go all the way around because I barely have enough Velcro to hold it on and they don’t have XS
