** update** the company reached out to me regarding the missing valve and shipped me a brand new set for the faulty one in the first set. Excellent customer service and really value their product and customers Love the products except the valve was missing on the cyan ink vial and spilled blue ink all over my brand new printer. Double check your bottles before flipping them over to fill the ink tanks.
