I started taking this product on 1/9/19 for knee pain (Ostheoarthritis). Within days the pain in my knee had diminished. Then about a 1-1 1/2 week after I started taking this supplement I notice some days I was walking with ALMOST no pain, I can also say there were days with NO PAIN! Whatsoever... I haven't had any issues with this product. Highly recommend to try this product. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 3/12/19 2 months 2 bottles after update... 5 out of 7 days with no pain or discomfort in my knee, swelling diminished.
