About my 4th purchase I cooked and as I broke rice up there was a large chunk of black mold in the middle. Called the company and told me it was mold and it happens "occasionally" when air gets in and seemed as if they were familiar with product and didn't seem to care all too much. I have filed a complaint with the FDA and would not recommend this item as it sounds like production problem. I had ate off the top and had to call my doctor to see if there was anything I could do to prevent getting sick. Luckily I only had a few bites. Company wants me to mail them the product but really didn't seem to be too concerned - the attitude was shocking. They told me people usually see the mold before they eat it. Eat at your own risk. Disgusting. I enclosed pic if posted.
