I am a 35 year old woman and was originally taking just a basic MSM because my lower back locks up constantly. the basic MSM made me feel really good and I took a bottle of it well I ran out and forgot what the pain felt like so I just did not reorder and within a week my back and hips hurt me so bad. I was giving my dog a bath and as I was standing up my lower back locked up and I couldn't stand up for several minutes. I was in absolute tears so I bought my bottle of MSM which I had got from walmart and for whatever reason this time it really just knocked the edge off. I had been telling my husband for a while that he needs to get on it because he has a bum shoulder and after some research he decided that the internet told him that it was a good idea and he ordered the bioscience brand and because my bottle of walmart MSM had run out again and really only made my back livable I tried his, and it was amazing. His has a torn labium (i dont think I spelled that correctly) but basically his shoulder sounds like a ratchet and he has limited motion in it and since he started taking this the pain is very manageable and he no longer ratchets as loud as he was and I no longer lock up. My flexibility has returned to its former glory and I sleep like a dream, but I think the most amazing thing is this supplement does not have to build up in your system to start feeling the relief it is within a matter of hours, but never run out of it. The pain that builds up over the years returns full force within a week of being off of it. I have now purchased two bottles of the bioscience joint support and am thinking about just doing a monthly subscription so I dont have to stay on top of reorder.
