This is the BEST!!!!!! I was taking another supplement and had to take 6 pills a day. Now I only need 1 and it's easy to swallow. I am 66 and everyone tells me they think I am more like 50. Most of my friends are in their 50's and continue to refer to me saying "she's the same age as us and looks better than us". This is my fountain of Youth!
