The first moment I opened up the cold brew coffee maker I was really excited to use it because anyone that knows me, knows I love my coffee! I love that I can use my favorite brand of coffee to get that taste I love. The directions made using the cold brew maker very easy and helpful. I added my own coffee to the center cylinder then slowly (or it will overflow) added my filtered water to the fill line. Then I put the suctioned lid back on and placed it in the fridge overnight. I tasted it after 10hrs and I felt it needed to sit longer (note - the directions recommend 16-24hrs). I then poured a tall glass of coffee over ice after approximately 20hrs of brewing and it tasted incredible! I love that I can get the boldness of cold brew at home. Clean up is very simple and easy also. Dump the coffee grounds out, rinse, and its ready for the next time you want cold brew at home.
