I recently ordered the straws, but unfortunately, Amazon was a bit rough with my shipment and one of the capsules was broken when the package arrived. I contacted renüSTRAW's customer service and explained what happened. They got back to me really fast and sent me a new package for free which was already on its way the next day. I've been using the straws and they're great! I had trouble carrying my other reusable straws with me, so I wanted something where I could store them. I love the material and I think there are going to be longer straws available soon, which I'm definitely going to buy as well. Thank you very much to the renüSTRAW team for being so awesome. Mahalo!
