I would recommend it to anyone who has a home gym. The reason why I like it: 1. It comes in a frustrate free package. I can use it right out of the box. 2. Small and compact. It is a little smaller, compared to the bench you seen at LA fitness. I actually liked this feature a lot. So it wouldn’t need a lot of spaces and prefect size for my little home gym. 3. Sturdy and padded surface. The bench is well made and holds up to 500lbs. You definitely can tell it is well made. The surface feels firm and comfortable too. The only thing I hope it can be improved: The adjust sign is not very clear and I hope it can mark some indication about how high should I go for specific workout.
