Final update. Well the free replacement broke down to. I'll not buy another. They just dont last. But with only an email I was 100% refunded. Fantastic customer service. Cheap product. Update: The new unit has not reproduced the first issue I had. It has loosened up however and makes clicking noises that one knows just cant be right. These things work great for deep massage. Problem is the motor wears down fast. Only a couple of weeks and it shuts down with half the pressure I could put on it when it was new. Update: invospa reached out to me in response to this review and assured me my experience is not normal and they'll be sending me a new unit. Impressed with customer service.
