I'm going to be very honest with you. I have tried a couple of other brands and it didn't work...but I promise you as soon as I tried Healths a few weeks in my blood pressure went from triple to double digits. I thought I had already died and gone to heaven. Lol I was like no way in heck my blood pressure is this low. I have also lost a few pounds as well. I am so excited about about healths black seed oil that I have told my family and friends. I wish I would have known about this 3 years ago when my mom was alive and suffering from MS. I would have bought her a years worth if it helped her better her health. As well as my father who passed june 14th 2016. He would still be here. But, I am personally taking my health seriously so that I can be here for my children and using this product along with turmeric is helping me with that.
