So far so good, hose splitters arrived actually ordered two. Using coming off my rain barrel to split the output between a garden hose for general use and a zero pressure timer for use in drip irrigation system with the second one after the timer to control the two supply lines to the garden. Comes packaged neatly in a small box, they actually give you a small roll of Teflon tape with each one as well as two rubber washers. I always use the Teflon tape when doing any kind of threaded fittings like this so it's nice they give it to you.. saves me the hassle of having to hunt it down myself. This thing feels pretty solid to me we will see how it holds up long term out in the sun etc. The valves seem to open and close smoothly, no problems there. The bore of the actual ball valve when looking inside looks a little small so it may restrict the flow a little, I'm sure it's a non issue if your planning to hook it up to a regular water hookup for a garden hose, not sure yet if it will effect the flow of my drip irrigation system but I suspect it will probably be a non-issue there as well it probably would be about the same on any other splitter anyhow. Satisfied so far so as long as it holds up I'll be happy. The only real concern I have at the moment is that the finish has that semi-grippy hard rubber feeling to it...the kind that sometimes gets that permanently sticky feeling to it, I'm wondering if it will get like that with prolonged exposure to the sun and elements but I can't say as of yet and I hope not. Will update if it occurs otherwise good purchase will buy again if more are needed.
