I could not program this thing. Followed the direction to the letter at least 8 times. Gave up and gave it to my daughter. 10 minutes later she had it working. The problem with the direction is Step #2 where you have to enter the number (1-9) which identifies the type of opener you have. You have to put a zero (0) in front of that number or it will not work. For example (01, 02, .... or 09). Mine was 05. Drove me crazy. Almost returned it. Once programmed it works like a charm.
