**Update** I feel it is important to leave the original review on here so that people know the EXCELLENT quality of service they are getting with the product they order. Originally, "I ordered one red and one blue, one for each of my boys. We took them out of the box and turned them on, the boys were very excited. In attempting to thread them through the spokes on the wheels, just bending them once caused them to turn off and not work.(they are on a wire) The wire on the other one detached from the plastic connector to the battery box and also no longer works. Now I have two broken light wires less than 24 hours after they were opened at Christmas." *** After just leaving a review, not even asking for a refund or exchange, the seller contacted me within hours and expressed concern. He apologized, confirmed my shipping address, and sent me replacements and more than made up for the defective ones!!! I now have four products from them and they all work wonderfully and we are all happy over here!! Thank you Activ Life!!
