I bought this mixer out of pure curiosity. I’m a KitchenAid fan. I have ever size up to 8qts. I have broken 3. This mixer is extremely light weight. This is a good thing. Every part of it is light in comparison. It mixes great. I first mixed cake batter, then frosting. Thats chocolate frosting in the video. I’m amazed at the mixing power. I didn’t have to scrape down the sides of the bowl as much. So far I’m pleased. And excited for the next test which will be cookies. Only thing that needs improvement is the noise level. It’s really loud. But for the quality of work, I’ll use ear plugs. I think I’m going to buy a couple more. I like it. I bake a lot of cakes in my business. Update: Measured the bowl. Mines is definitely 9.5 qts. I put 3 recipes of vanilla cake. It all fit with approximately 2” to spare. This would not of happened in my 8qt Kitchen Aid. That’s 9 cups of flour, 4.5 cups of sugar, 3 cups of milk, & a whole lot of more ingredients. Amazing!!!
