My mom and I love baking during the quarantine, it has become one of our favorite things to do on the weekends. Unfortunately, recently her hand mixer of 30 years reached the end of its life. We were on the market for a new hand mixer and I decided to purchase this one for its ability to use the turbo function at all five speeds. This hand mixer is easy to use and even has a button to quickly eject the attachments. It also has fans to keep the hand mixer cool. Being able to place it on a table surface is really helpful as well! With our last hand mixer, I always struggled to somehow put it down without making a mess. We had a birthday coming up in the family, but with the quarantine and COVID we prefer making the cake ourselves to be safe. I made a lovely mango mousse cake with this hand mixer that everybody enjoyed very much. Would definitely recommend this one!
