Edit: I finally got in contact w/ Cowin. They assured me that the problem I had with the battery is not common and they sent me a new pair of headphones. Edit: I've now owned the headphones for less than 6 months and always had them in the case when I wasn't using them. Now they do not hold a charge. It is only the 3rd time I've needed to charge them. I'm extremely dissatisfied Cowin. I sent an email to Cowin's support department and have yet to hear back from them. If the resolve the problem I'd change my rating back to 5 stars because I liked the quality of the speakers, but as they are right now they are completely useless and I would not recommend buying these headphones. I've been trying to contact Cowin customer support with no luck. The website cites there is an 18 month warranty, but good luck ever trying to make them honor that. I used it on my flight to the Philippines and really love the noise cancellation and the sound quality. For the price these are the best headphones you can buy.
