I ordered the 250 light blue and 218 dark blue. These pants are stretchy, fall right by the belly button, and go down just right on your thigh. The only thing is that if you have a slim waist the back might come out a bit (I don't have that problem). I'm 5'8, currently 200lb and not much of a shorts wearer (trying to change that) and these shorts are comfortable and make me feel comfortable
